I’m Nic, the founder of Sidekick Coffee. I work with café owners who want solid coffee, quality products, and hands-on support to run their café.

  • The Coffee

    I developed my signature blend Everyday Hero with the average punter in mind.

    It’s a balanced, versatile blend made from Colombian and Papua New Guinea beans. Chocolate, caramel, and cocoa notes give it a classic profile that works with or without milk. It’s easy to dial in, easy to serve, and keeps regulars coming back.

    Want it under your own brand? — I offer custom labelling too.

  • Tea, Chai & More

    As well as coffee, I supply a great range of wholesale products with free delivery and no minimum order:

    • Loose-leaf teas (full-leaf and food-service packs)
    • Honeyed chai (locally made) and a vegan option
    • Australian-made drinking chocolate
    • Matcha and turmeric latte powders

    These products have been selected for quality, consistency, and ease of use.

  • Support

    I also work with café owners to help improve the business side of things.

    This includes 1-on-1 support with:

    • Hiring and training staff (including barista training)
    • Improving pricing, margins, and cost management
    • Creating simple systems to help your café run well
    • Increasing weekly revenue

    It's tactical support based on where you're at and what you're working towards.
